Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare Corporation in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Wellness Trainer I to provide wellness training across populations. Responsibilities include promoting positive performance, facilitating healthy lifestyles, and supporting day-to-day operations of the wellness program.

Qualifications include a four-year degree in physical/athletic training or exercise science preferred, and current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required on hire or within 6 months.
• Must have a four-year degree in a field of physical/athletic training or exercise science (preferred).
• Must be punctual and able to stay on schedule with patient care.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging positive performance from program participants and co-workers.
• Facilitating a healthy life style in participants and staff.
• Maintaining attention to detail for day-to-day wellness program operations.
• Monitoring client's response to wellness programs and progress.
• Monitoring equipment operation and function within the program.
• Assisting with clerical and cleaning duties as needed.
