Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wellness Technician at Essential Wellness Institute in Huntsville, AL. The Wellness Technician will be responsible for educating patients on and ensuring the smooth operation of wellness devices such as EMSCULPT NEO and ExoMIND.

Qualifications

• Experience in wellness treatments and technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with patients
• Knowledge of wellness assessments and monitoring techniques
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot wellness technologies
• Certification in wellness or related field is a plus
• Understanding of neurology and pain management is beneficial
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Background in health, wellness, aesthetics, or fitness preferred
• Experience operating devices or performing treatments is a plus
• Sales, customer service, or client care experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate EMSCULPT NEO and ExoMind devices per treatment protocols
• Assist with client intake, tracking results, and treatment planning
• Educate clients about subscription packages and wellness programs
• Promote and sell recurring care plans and memberships
• Maintain treatment areas and ensure equipment hygiene and safety
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
