Palm Beach Tan in Bridgeton, NJ is seeking energetic team members to support peak sales and deliver friendly, informative tanning and wellness consultations. You will help customers choose services, explain options, and ensure a positive, compliant experience in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling cash, maintaining a clean salon, and participating in ongoing training. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
