You will provide friendly consultations on tanning, skincare, and wellness options, handle transactions, maintain a clean salon, and participate in training that supports personal growth and team success.

Qualifications

• Retail, Customer Service or Sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning, skincare, wellness options and the Golden Rules of Tanning, while following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
