Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales, preferably natural products or wellness.
• Strong knowledge of dietary supplements, herbal remedies, and holistic health practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team while staying self-motivated.
• Passion for health and wellness and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer assistance about supplements and wellness products.
• Develop and maintain expertise in vitamins, minerals, herbal remedies, and specialty items for tailored recommendations.
• Engage with customers to promote products and meet sales goals.
• Host workshops, tastings, and seminars to educate customers on supplements and wellness practices.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and keep displays organized and visually appealing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and health research for accurate information.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming wellness section.
