Boise Co-Op's Wellness Department is seeking a Wellness Associate to deliver top-notch customer experiences while keeping shelves stocked and displays appealing.

You will guide shoppers to products, maintain department cleanliness, and support daily operations with strong organization and teamwork. This role requires reliability, attention to safety, and a willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends in a grocery setting.

Formación

• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Interest in holistic wellness or natural products preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and addressing their needs with professionalism.
• Stock and rotate products according to merchandising, sanitation, and pricing standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, floor sets, and storage spaces to support a safe shopping environment.
• Refill and maintain bulk items—including soaps, herbs, and refillable goods—using established safety practices.
• Assist with building and maintaining product displays to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts and contribute to accurate stock records.
