What You’ll Do

As a Wellness and Supplements Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Assistance: Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering questions about supplements, wellness products, and holistic health practices.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise in our wellness and supplement offerings, including vitamins, minerals, herbal remedies, and specialty items, to make tailored recommendations.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the natural products or wellness field.
• Strong knowledge of dietary supplements, herbal remedies, and holistic health practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and customer transactions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
