Job summary

YogaSix Pittsburgh's YogaSix South Hills studio is seeking a Wellness Advisor to support member experience and drive memberships in a consistent daytime schedule.

You'll engage with prospective members, conduct tours, assist with class and membership selections, and help maintain an inviting studio environment. The role offers a stable 25+ hours per week, on-site at The Galleria of Mt. Lebanon, with $14/hour base plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every person who enters the studio.
• Connect with prospective members via phone, text, email and in person.
• Assist with membership options and class selections.
• Lead studio tours and introduce prospects to memberships and pricing.
• Support member retention through exceptional service and relationship-building.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
