Job summary

YogaSix Potomac is seeking a Sales & Member Experience Lead, a hands-on, full-time role at our Maryland studio. You will greet guests, process registrations, discuss memberships, and help create a welcoming, productive environment.

Named Wellness Advisor, you will train new team members, support membership administration, manage studio supplies, and assist with day-to-day operations while driving membership goals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, hospitality, or customer-service experience.
• Ability to start conversations and discuss membership options.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, check-in, and create a welcoming studio experience.
• Close new guest registrations, waivers, and memberships.
• Drive membership sales through offers and options.
• Process memberships, packages, and retail sales.
• Handle inquiries via calls, texts, and emails professionally.
• Maintain member/prospect notes in ClubReady.
• Open/close procedures, daily checklists, and cleaning tasks.
• Support sales goals with consistent follow-up.
