Job summary

YogaSix South Hills is seeking a Wellness Advisor to join our team with a consistent daytime schedule and weekend availability. The role emphasizes member experience, sales support, and community engagement in a welcoming studio environment.

The position offers a predictable schedule, about 25+ hours weekly, with a base pay of $14/hour plus commission and performance bonuses. Training, staff discounts and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive studio culture.

Qualifications

Customer service and relationship-building skills required.
Strong communication skills, in person, phone, text and email.
Comfort working in a sales-focused environment.
Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every person who enters the studio.
Connecting with prospective members through phone, text, email and in-person conversations.
Following up with new leads and helping them schedule their first YogaSix experience.
Conducting studio tours and introducing prospects to our classes, memberships and community.
Helping prospective members select membership options that best fit their goals.
Working toward individual and studio membership sales goals.
Supporting member retention by building relationships and providing exceptional service.
Assisting members with class selections, account questions and membership needs.
Processing retail merchandise and membership purchases.
Developing a strong understanding of YogaSix classes, programs, pricing and promotions.
Participating in grassroots marketing and community outreach opportunities.
Helping maintain a clean, organized, safe and inviting studio environment.
Supporting the General Manager with daily studio operations and special projects.
Performing other studio responsibilities as needed.
Experience in fitness/yoga/healthcare is a plus.
