Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, boutique fitness, or a related environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in members and guests to create a warm studio experience.
• Complete new guest registrations and waivers.
• Build relationships with prospective members and discuss membership options.
• Process memberships, packages, and retail sales.
• Maintain member notes and data in ClubReady.
• Support opening/closing, daily checklists, and studio cleanliness.
• Drive membership goals through follow-up and sales conversations.
• Support wellness advisor training and admin tasks.
