Job summary

Pause East Cobb - Marietta is seeking Studio Sales Associates to welcome guests, guide them through services and memberships, and drive monthly sales targets. You will book appointments, process sales in our scheduling and POS system, and keep the studio clean and guest-ready between visits.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail, with strong communication and a passion for helping people. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Comfort with sales and helping guests find suitable options.
• Clear, friendly communication in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, create a warm, polished experience from arrival to checkout.
• Recommend services, memberships, and packages based on guest goals and sales targets.
• Book appointments and process sales in the scheduling and POS system.
• Keep lobby/restrooms/service rooms clean and guest-ready between appointments.
• Support local events and community outreach.
