Job summary

Elements Massage in Marietta, East Cobb is seeking motivated Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, promote the Elements Wellness Program, and grow studio membership.

You'll earn $17-$20 per hour, with bonuses, accrued PTO, a complimentary monthly massage, and commission incentives up to $200 on wellness plan sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer service in a spa-like environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

Retail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks
