Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative in Pittsford, NY to welcome guests, build relationships, and drive membership sales in a fast-paced wellness studio.

You will educate clients on therapies, tailor wellness plans, and guide onboarding with a focus on safety, hospitality, and service excellence. This role blends sales, hospitality, and operations to deliver meaningful health transformations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in customer service.
• At least 1 year in sales.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours highlighting the benefits of services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
