Pause Studio is seeking an Operations & Sales Manager for its Southlake location to lead day-to-day studio operations, drive revenue, and nurture a community‑centered wellness experience. This hands‑on role will own the studio floor, mentor the team, and ensure an effortless client experience.

The ideal candidate thrives on accountability and warmth, can accelerate growth, strengthen culture, and take ownership of business day to day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in health, wellness, fitness, or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and revenue, not only maintain operations.
• Strong leadership presence with mentoring and team development skills.
• Highly organized with excellent communication.
• Comfortable building community relationships and representing the brand externally.

Responsibilities

• Own studio operations from top to bottom, including cleanliness, safety standards, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
• Build, hire, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through sales execution, service culture, client retention, and lead conversion.
• Develop and execute local marketing, grassroots outreach, and community partnerships.
• Build corporate wellness relationships with local businesses in and around Southlake.
• Review weekly dashboards and adjust strategy to meet financial targets.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping for all staff.
• Oversee retail and supply inventory.
• Maintain communication with ownership and HQ on HR, marketing, and operational needs.
