Job summary

Red Moon Wellness Center in Park Slope, Brooklyn seeks a full-time Front Desk Manager to lead daily operations of the front desk and booking system. This role requires strong organization, reliable communication, and a collaborative spirit to support a busy team of wellness practitioners.

Hours are 8:30 am–2:30 pm and 2:30–8:30 pm with some weekend coverage; compensation starts at $25–$27 per hour, with training at $23–$24/hr for the first two months.

Responsibilities

• Booking appointments & managing the appointment schedule
• Checking clients in & out, screening clients
• Handling emails and phone calls
• Keeping the studio stocked and tidy
• Blending oils and topical herbal products
• HR tasks including assisting with hiring, onboarding and training new staff
• Payroll & bookkeeping
• Managing staff schedules
• Cooperating with leadership team and co-managers to ensure smooth daily operations
