Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Director, Wellness Strategy Lead in Berkeley Heights, NJ, to shape the strategic agenda across 14 brands. You will coordinate with the Wellness leadership team, drive integrated growth planning, and craft executive-ready materials for senior leadership. You will also lead AI pilots transforming marketing and decision-making.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with hybrid work three days on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in strategy, transformation, marketing, commercial leadership, management consulting, chief-of-staff, or related discipline.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into a focused strategic agenda across 14 brands with the GM and Wellness leadership.
Co-lead Integrated Growth Planning, ensuring timely execution and alignment of portfolio plans.
Develop high-quality presentations and materials for the CEO and senior stakeholders.
Lead AI-enabled transformation pilots across Wellness marketing, define use cases, and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
