Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe in Mobile, AL is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to guide a team of Health Enthusiasts toward lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager, drive daily sales, and build strong community relationships.

You will recruit and develop top talent, maintain store standards, and lead continuous education efforts. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a passion for helping others stay healthy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends and varying locations.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support to the Store Manager and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and take accountability.
• Promote continuous education and training initiatives.
• Maintain store standards, loss prevention, pricing accuracy, and receipts processing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
