Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Illinois to lead store operations, support the General Manager, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role emphasizes health education, performance-focused wellness services, and community engagement.

You will collaborate on campaigns, manage staff, and ensure monthly and quarterly financial goals are met, in a team-centered culture that values integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience leading a team and driving sales is expected.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the store and assist the General Manager with staff issues.
• Assist customers with wellness concerns related to performance, recovery, pain management, and general health.
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and benefits.
• Deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist with sales and marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Engage with local athletes and events to generate interest in Restore’s services.
• Monitor social media trends and report on store performance.
