Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Chicago seeks an Assistant General Manager with strong sales and business development skills. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager with store operations, customer service, health education, and marketing initiatives to grow the business.

You will lead, educate, and engage with customers, drive sales, and participate in local events to raise awareness of Restore’s wellness services. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the General Manager's absence and handle staff issues.

• Educate customers about Restore's offerings and benefits.
• Drive superior customer experience and store performance.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Engage with local athletes and fitness enthusiasts at events to promote services.
• Identify social media trends and apply them to store strategy.
• Generate reports on store performance and outcomes.
