Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts and guide customers on lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager, drive daily sales, recruit and develop staff, and foster community relationships to grow store performance.

We're looking for energetic leaders with retail experience and a passion for health and wellness, ready to work a flexible schedule and participate in ongoing education and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• The desire to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships that help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability; participate in continuous learning.
• Maintain store upkeep, loss prevention standards, pricing and receipts processing.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
