Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive store performance and culture. You’ll lead in the GM’s absence, mentor staff, and champion customer service and health education.

This role emphasizes sales leadership, event participation, marketing campaigns, and data-driven reporting to reach monthly and quarterly goals, with opportunities for growth and impact in a fast-growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Strong leadership and team delegation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Numbers-minded with ability to develop action plans from metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in absence of GM and assist staff issues.
• Assist customers with wellness and sports recovery questions.
• Educate customers about services and health benefits.
• Deliver a superior customer experience.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Attend local events to engage athletes and fans.
• Generate store performance reports.
