Bridgeway is hiring a Wellness Specialist in New Jersey to support individuals with serious mental illness within CSS teams. You will develop resources, assist with IRP planning, and deliver direct support to help clients integrate into their chosen communities.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and close collaboration with licensed professionals. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are expected as part of daily duties.

Formación

• Associate degree in a helping profession is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a helping profession is required.
• Master's degree in a helping profession is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field other than helping professions with 2 years of professional experience is acceptable.
• Certification as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resource development, skill development and direct support to individuals with serious mental illness.
• Develop and monitor IRP with licensed staff; participate in rehabilitation planning.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed and coordinate services with the team.
• Complete chart documentation per CSS regulations; contribute to wellbeing and recovery planning.
