Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and products, and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and respond to emails.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
