Elements Massage in Eagle, Idaho is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help clients transform their wellbeing through our Elements Wellness Program. You will follow a proven sales process and create loyal customers in a warm, spa-like environment.

This role offers competitive pay from $16+ per hour, monthly bonuses based on performance, a sign-on bonus, and other perks. Weekend shifts include Sunday morning and Monday evening; you will be part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail sales experience.
• Experience selling memberships or services in-person.
• Spa-like or hospitality environment preferred.
• Familiar with scheduling and payments using computer programs.

• Love listening to clients and prospective clients as you talk with them.
