Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to oversee shift operations, supervise RCAs and MTs, and coordinate resident care in a Wyoming, MI community. The role involves administering medications, documenting MAR entries, and ensuring policy compliance under the Wellness Director.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a management role, with senior living experience preferred. Applicants must meet health and background requirements and be available for 24/7 on-call coverage

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Experience in Assisted Living is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon supervisor’s request.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate work assignments to ensure shift coverage.
• Coordinate resident care and supervise RCAs and MTs.
• Administer medications according to MAR and document accurately.
• Transcribe physician orders and communicate changes to pharmacy.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and maintain professional conduct.
• Assist Wellness Director with assessments, service plans, and documentation.
