Job summary

Oliver Woods Assisted Living & Memory Care seeks a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services, overseeing operations with a focus on 1440 care standards and staff connections.

The role requires an LPN or RN licensed in Michigan (CDP within 90 days), leadership experience, and the ability to manage revenue, evaluations, care conferences, and service plans while maintaining compassionate resident relations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state (MI) preferred; CDP required within 90 days.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue and financials.
• Proven high performer with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountability for your wellness team and performance.
• Oversee revenue for wellness, evaluations, care conferences, and service plans; ensure right care at the right price with appropriate staffing.
• Coordinate Alzheimer’s and dementia programs.
• Understand and implement the 1440 care standards.
• Communicate a clear vision and align organizational, community, and wellness goals with staff and residents.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners; follow through on action items.
