Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to oversee shift operations, coordinate resident care, supervise RCAs and MTs, and ensure compliance with medication administration procedures. This role reports to the Wellness Director and requires nursing licensure and good physical health.

The candidate should have a nursing degree, minimum two years of nursing experience, and be comfortable with English communication, on-call responsibilities, and standardized safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Must be a licensed nurse in the state.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
• Be in good physical health and lift 40 pounds.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and delegate tasks on shift.
• Administer medications per MAR and document accurately.
• Oversee shift wellness operations and supervise RCAs/MTs.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure safety procedures.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
