Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to supervise the wellness shift, coordinate resident care, and delegate tasks to RCAs and MTs. The role reports to the Executive Director and Wellness Director, ensuring medication administration and MAR documentation are accurate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Must be a licensed nurse in state where you work.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
• Be in good physical health and capable of lifting 40 pounds.
• Drug testing and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates work assignments assuring shift coverage and care.
• Supervises personal care delivery to residents during shift.
• Implements service plans and tracks residents' health data.
• Coaches RCAs/MTs; abides by disciplinary procedures per policy.
• Maintains professional demeanor with residents and families.
• Reports emergencies and changes in resident health to physician.
