Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking passionate, hardworking individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional environment. We offer a welcoming team atmosphere, and a pathway for advancement along with comprehensive benefits.

Compensation includes base pay with up to 12% commission, monthly bonuses, and an employee discount on skincare products. Training in sales and leadership, plus a complimentary Diamond tanning membership, are provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, including 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• On-the-job training to learn management responsibilities includes recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon employees.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
• Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results to meet company objectives.
• Controlling expenses and monitoring labor costs to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness, stock, and organization to ensure a customer-ready environment.
• Building customer loyalty through positive rapport and service excellence.
• Creating a positive team-based environment and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits and safeguarding company funds.
