Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria through training and coaching.
• Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieving financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses such as labor and cost of sales.
• Maintaining salon stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Managing and assigning tasks to keep salons clean, stocked, and customer-ready.
• Building customer rapport to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Handling banking and safeguarding money received.
