Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is hiring energetic team members to represent our brand in a fast-paced tanning salon. You will deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, and support store leadership to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods; lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieving financial objectives through controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintaining the salon's stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Ensuring salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
