SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, is seeking passionate individuals to represent our brand in a dynamic retail environment. You will participate in customer service, sales, and team-based goals, with ongoing training and development.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and meet sales goals.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, select, and orient salon staff to maintain team.
• Achieve sales goals through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Manage controllable expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stocking, and customer readiness.
• Establish rapport with customers and build loyalty.
