Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking team-oriented associates to join our Bel Air salon. We offer a vibrant work environment, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and retail/customer service experience. Flexible schedules and a supportive team help deliver growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on results.
• Monitor expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stock, and customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
