Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training and coaching staff.
• Scheduling and assigning employees and following up on results.
• Controlling expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensuring salon cleanliness, organization, and customer readiness.
• Building customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
