Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking energetic team members in Winston-Salem, NC to join our brand. You will receive on-the-job training to learn management responsibilities, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic spa/salon setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend and walk for 7+ hours daily and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and orienting salon staff.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and coach sales staff to meet goals.
• Schedule staff, manage expenses, and ensure financial objectives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stock, and customer readiness.
• Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
