Job summary

Relive Health Tempe is seeking a part-time Wellness Sales Specialist in Tempe, AZ. You will connect with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and educate them about Relive Health services, memberships, and promotions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving appointment and sales goals, and collaborating with the clinic team. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with a competitive hourly pay of $20–$25, plus performance-based incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client relations within health, wellness, or fitness settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and close sales while maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
• Comfort discussing pricing and guiding clients toward membership options.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, and CRM to generate interest.
• Follow up with new leads and convert interest into consultations and appointments.
• Educate clients on Relive Health services, programs, memberships, and promotions.
• Re-engage past clients and identify opportunities to reconnect with Relive.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain lead notes and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Client Care Advocate, providers, and clinic team.
• Aim for established appointment, conversion, and sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, and CRM.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, or client relationship experience.
• Are passionate about health, fitness, wellness, or longevity.
• Love talking with people and building relationships.
• Are comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale.
• Are motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
• Enjoy working toward goals and being rewarded for results.
• Have experience in fitness, health and wellness, med spa, medical sales, membership sales, or a similar environment. This is a plus, but not required.
• Have CRM or lead-management experience. Experience with Driply is a plus, but not required.
