Heights Wellness Retreat in Texas seeks a passionate Sales Specialist to guide guests toward personalized membership paths, highlighting massage, skin therapy and other wellness services. This role is built on relationships, empathy and expert communication, with opportunities for growth and commission-based rewards.

The position supports front desk operations, conducts personalized consultations, and collaborates with therapists to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
• Previous experience in membership sales is required.
• Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest's wellness goals.
• Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
• Support daily Retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6-8-hour day and evening shifts
• Full and part-time positions available
• Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
