The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Madison at Colony Crossing and Flowood locations. This role emphasizes selling chiropractic wellness memberships and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Ideal candidates are SALES-DRIVEN, CONFIDENT & PERSUASIVE, and OUTGOING. You will support clinic operations, manage check-ins, educate patients, and help grow membership engagement while earning commissions and bonuses.

Formación

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred (retail sales, membership sales, fitness, hospitality, or similar industries).
• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Confidently present, promote, and SELL chiropractic wellness memberships and packages.
• Convert first-time patients into recurring wellness members.
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales and conversion goals.
• Build value in wellness plans and confidently overcome sales objections.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, retain, and re-engage existing patients.
• Follow up with potential members and inactive patients to drive additional sales.
