The Joint Chiropractic Madison at Colony Crossing and The Joint Chiropractic Flowood is seeking a Wellness Sales Coordinator to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional patient service across two clinics. This full-time role blends sales with patient experience, requiring Fridays and Saturdays on-site and a strong, results-driven attitude.

Starting pay is $16/hour with commission opportunities and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales expectations.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and SELL chiropractic wellness memberships and packages.
• Convert first-time patients into recurring wellness members.
• Meet and exceed sales and conversion goals.
• Upsell, retain and re-engage patients.
• Follow up with potential members and inactive patients to drive additional sales.
• Take ownership of performance and contribute to clinic growth.
• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment for patients.
• Manage front desk operations, payments, and patient records using POS software.
• Answer phones and educate patients about services.
