Qualifications

• Health and wellness passion preferred.
• Able to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including nights.
• Must pass iCRYO service exams after training.
• Maintain good time management and multitask.
• Display exceptional guest experience skills and resolve guest issues.
• Educate guests on services in a competent, professional manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must commute to Bluffton/Okatie, SC area.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in retail.
• Commitment to ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests in achieving lifestyle goals.
• Market products through social media and attend community events.
• Learn and educate guests on iCRYO services and products.
• Work as a team with the Center Manager and staff to meet daily tasks and goals.
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean, welcoming center.
