Job summary

iCRYO Edgewater in Chicago is seeking a high-energy guest-facing team member for our wellness center. You will guide tours, answer questions, and educate guests on our cryotherapy, compression, red light, and sauna services while moving around the floor.

We value sales-minded, reliable individuals with 2–3 years in retail or sales. Expect evenings/weekends, on-site work, and a compensation package including hourly pay plus 5% commission on services you sell; generous PTO and health benefits

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
• Sales-minded and goal-oriented, comfortable educating and recommending without pressure.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a warm, confident, guest-facing presence from the moment someone walks in.
• Give tours, run the tour exchange, answer questions, and educate guests on our services.
• Deliver our lifestyle and recovery services to standard.
• Complete opening and closing checklists; keep treatment rooms and front desk clean and stocked.
• Lead by example in conversion: tours, memberships, service conversations, and add-ons; log every touch.
• Support the center's social media and community outreach, and help run pop-ups and events.
