Massage Envy Reno is seeking a sales and customer service superstar to join our team. You’ll help clients understand massage, skincare, and wellness benefits, while building relationships to grow our member base and retail sales.

In a fast-paced, friendly environment, you’ll greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, and promote our wellness program. Weekend availability is required, and bonuses reflect performance and retail success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with ability to meet quotas.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency.
• Comfort with retail product recommendations and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Convert non-members to members and drive membership sales.
• Retain members and encourage retail product purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, and maintain confidentiality.

• Support team goals and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
