Job summary

WellnessIQ is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth and revenue in a fast-paced setting. You will prospect, build broker and client relationships, and close new business while delivering a consultative sales experience to brokers, consultants, and employer groups.

Ideal candidates enjoy high activity levels, can present to groups, and are comfortable working with AI tools to improve efficiency. Frequent travel is required, with base compensation plus commissions.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales or related experience.
• Comfort with cold calling and objection handling.
• Insurance brokerage experience in employee benefits preferred.
• Passion for Health and Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Broker distribution and development.
• Present and sell to consultants or employer groups.
• Interpret, qualify, and respond to RFPs professionally.
• Maintain updated pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
• Cold call prospects and brokers.
• Present solutions via virtual and in-person meetings.
• Leverage AI tools in daily workflows.
• Travel for broker meetings, client meetings, conferences, trainings.
