Palm Beach Tan in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, meet sales goals, and earn more as you grow within our team atmosphere.

You'll greet and consult with clients, educate on tanning rules, deliver outstanding service, keep the salon clean and PCI-compliant with cash handling duties, and support store promotions and goals. Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards
• Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely
• Track your goals and complete daily paperwork
• Support your Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals
• Follow all company and legal requirements
