Palm Beach Tan seeks a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, meet sales goals, and earn more through base pay plus commission. You’ll join a welcoming, team‑oriented atmosphere that supports growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, educating on tanning products, meeting standards, handling cash, and supporting promotions. Flexible scheduling is available, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on products and trends.
• Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-ready card data.
