Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best while meeting sales goals. You’ll thrive in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for advancement.

Position offers a flexible schedule and on-site engagement in our North Carolina salons. This entry-level role includes training, growth potential, and a supportive work environment focused on wellness and customer care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills expected.

Mansioni

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service that brings clients back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI data securely.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
