You will connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process, including presenting to clients and coordinating with technicians.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, strong negotiation, and the ability to handle high-volume presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of successful negotiations.
• Ability to complete 4-6 sales presentations a day.
• Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
• Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• High-volume sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills.
• Must maintain a high attention to detail.
• Experience with financing & lenders.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Works collaboratively with our team to ensure a premier client experience.
• Assist technicians with the front desk, helping clients start treatments, laundry, cleaning, and answering calls.
• Other duties as assigned per GM.
