Job summary

Massage Heights – The Woodlands is seeking a Wellness/Guest Experience Sales Associate who loves talking to people, thrives on goals, and enjoys guiding guests to feel their best. You will consult, recommend, and provide wellness solutions while earning commissions and bonuses for success.

You’ll manage appointments, help guests choose memberships, upgrades, retail, and gift cards, and ensure a welcoming, on-brand front desk flow. This fast-paced role rewards performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a big plus.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships and value.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Availability - OPEN & flexible (including 1 weekend shift).
