Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Experience in production baking and pastry is advantageous.
• Ability to work with large quantities of food and maintain high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baked goods and desserts for Canyon Ranch menu according to guidelines.
• Follow recipes, nutrition philosophy, and presentation standards.
